It\'s a too expensive hotel for the benefits it provides its customers.
Our room didn\'t have air conditioning and we couldn\'t open the window due to the noises thar came from an avenue in front of the hotel.
The elevator hasn\'t functioned porperly also.
I do not recommend this hotel or the city. It\'s better to stay in Puerto Varas (the same distance from the airport) if you are on vacation.
