The Andorra Park Hotel is a prestigious 5-star hotel located in the centre of Andorra La Vella, in a calm residential area and surrounded by a 15.000 sqm garden.     I traves a lot and never find surrealistic situacions with staf as in this hotel.

    Simple:

    - On check in, we were there arround 2 pm and they told that probably the room is not finish yet. The official time to check in is at 3pm. I ask them if was posible to call the people who clean the room and tell me at what time the room will be ready.... The say ok, we ask and give you answer... More than 30 minutes later, there was no answer...

    - check out: they didn\'t want to show me the charges for my room, they told me was because restaurant or drinks, but, they has policy to not show tickets to costumers !!!!

    This is unaudited and incredible, usually hotels EVER show the detail of your tickets.

    But... Hotel is nice and situation great
