    3 night stay prior to river cruise

    The room was very good as was the included breakfast .Great "out of town " location with easy access to the tram and train into town or the airport .

    During our stay a carton of cigarettes (9 packets) shall I just say went missing from our room and the attitude of the owner could have been a lot better when we reported the same to him and his staff .There was not even a"sorry to hear " comment .

    The hotel is not in the centre, but though we had a roo, near the reception, it was silent. But our wish to get aroom upstairs was not realizeg. Though the hotel was not very busy. I guess the owner is from Asia, because only asian people were working at the reception, i guess chinese people.
